Lion Walk
United Reformed Church

WORSHIP takes place in the sanctuary every Sunday morning and evening (see below for details). The morning Service offers a special welcome to all ages in the family. Everyone (except the babies and toddlers, for whom there is a crèche) meets in the church for the first 20 minutes of the service. The adults stay in the church for the rest of the service and young people meet in Junior Church for their own worship and learning. Junior Church is organised in three age groups - 3s - 6s in Stage One, 7s - 10s in the juniors, over 11s in the senior group. Adults and young people meet up again at the end of the worship for refreshments that are served in the church hall.

Evening service is entirely in the church.

On the first Sunday morning and the third Sunday evening of every month, the service is one of Holy Communion - the Lord's Supper. The bread and wine are offered to all who seek the strength and comfort of the Lord Jesus. At intervals through the year the children stay in the Sunday morning congregation for the whole service, sometimes for Communion, which they are invited to receive with their parents.
