Lounge: (11.00m x 7.5m) this room is fully carpeted and can also be split into two rooms using a moving wall which makes the two rooms virtually sound proof (with an interconnecting door) which then measure 5.5m x 7.5m and 5.00m x 7.5m each.

The lounge and hall can also be made into one large "L" shaped room by opening the moving wall between the lounge and hall.
