Flower Workshops

The Flower Workshops are generally led by Helen Bird.  Details will appear in our Recent Posts at the bottom of all pages on the website in the run up to a workshop.

Workshops are generally held in the middle of a month, every other month.

If you are interested in attending, please get in touch via the Contact Us page.

Our next Flower Arranging Workshop is on Saturday 21st April

This is a return to a basic shape for flower arranging.  We will be using floral foam for the less experienced, but for the more adventurous why not try creating this design using a different form of mechancics, eg. wire netting, a triangular twig frame, sand etc.

You will need:

  •  A container
  • A block of floral foam or other form of mechanics
  • Your own selection of flowers
  • Some mixed foliages of different lengths
  • Flower scissors and/or secateurs

Please let Helen Bird know if you need her to bring anything extra for you.  She will also have some items for sale.

Please e-mail Helen if you would like more information.
There is no charge for the workshops, just a donation towards running costs.
