Worship our live service of worship take place at 10 am each Sunday, and a weekly online service is also available on YouTube.

Music for Worship expands on the importance of music within this community.

Lunchtime Concerts – these happen on Wednesdays during February/March; May/June; and October November.  More information will appear on our Lunchtime Concerts page and in our posts.

Flower Arranging Workshops – these take place six times a year around the middle of the month.  More information can be found on our Flower Arranging page and in our posts.

Christmas Tree Festival – this generally takes place during the first week of December, beginning with a Christmas Market Saturday and also with Words and Music for Christmas on the Wednesday.  More information will appear on the Christmas Tree Festival page and in our posts.

Walking Group – walks are generally for around 6 miles, before lunch at a pub.  This group is very popular and, although friends are very welcome, we do have a maximum number for safety reasons and to allow us to enjoy lunch in the chosen venue!  If you are interested, please see the Contact Us page.

For our members and visitors, we produce a magazine called Lion Talk each month (though we give our Editor a month off in August and in January!).   This is available in print and by email.  Lion Talk contains church-related and topical articles, as well as family news.  It also contains thoughts from our Minister, which may appear on the Words from our Minister page.

Baptisms: Infant baptisms are held during the morning service.  Please contact the Minister on the Contact Us page for further details.

Weddings: Ministers have been willing to talk to and, when appropriate, conduct the weddings of couples where previous marriages have broken down. Please contact the Minister on the Contact Us page for further details.

Funerals: The minister receives a certain number of outside requests, mainly from people with a Presbyterian background.  Contact is generally made through local Funeral Directors.
