As the Colchester and Tendring Mission Partnership is currently ‘in vacancy’ – searching for a new Minister – we have, together with the Eastern Synod and our Interim Moderator, prepared a Pastorate Profile which is circulated to Ministers who are looking for a new post. Ministers interested are invited to ‘preach with a view’ and the congregation votes on whether they wish to call the Minister to the pastorate.
